Malvasia is a straw-yellow wine with green hues, full flavour and characteristic varietal aromas. We handpick the grapes in September. The taste is fresh, moderate in body and with a long aftertaste. Malvasia is a wine with a pleasant acidity, moderate alcohol and intense flavour. The aromas are reminiscent of acacia flowers, citrus, exotic fruits and white pepper.
Wine is macerated for three days and matured in a stainless steel container. We recommend it with fish, rice, white meat and fresh cheese. Serve at a temperature between 12 ° C (53 F) and 14 ° C (57 F). Wine, full of freshness. We produce it with respect for nature and tradition.
