Malvasia: Malvasia is a straw-yellow wine with green hues, full flavour and characteristic varietal aromas. We handpick the grapes in September. The taste is fresh, moderate in body and with a long aftertaste. Malvasia is a wine with a pleasant acidity, moderate alcohol and intense flavour. The aromas are reminiscent of acacia flowers, citrus, exotic fruits and white pepper. Wine is macerated for three days and matured in a stainless steel container. We recommend it with fish, rice, white meat and fresh cheese. Serve at a temperature between 12 ° C (53 F) and 14 ° C (57 F). Wine, full of freshness. Pinot Gris: Pinot Gris is an elegant wine of golden yellow colour with pronounced orange reflections. We handpick the grapes in September. The taste is soft, ripe, with a fruity beginning and has flavours of ripe apricots and melon, with balanced acids and varietal characteristics. The scents are intense and complex. Pinot Gris has pleasant floral aromas that acquire fruity and slightly spicy notes over time. The wine is macerated for up to three days and matured in a stainless steel container. Malvasia sparkling wine: Malvasia sparkling wine is a Charmat sparkling wine of golden yellow colour from 100% Malvasia. We handpick the best quality grapes in late September. Young, fresh and light, with fruity aromas of apricot, citrus and apple, are words that best describe our sparkling wine. It is dry, with almost no residual sugar. The wine is macerated for up to 3 days at a controlled temperature and matured in stainless steel containers. We recommend it as an aperitif wine. It also goes very well with lighter meat and fish dishes. Sparkling wine for moments of true enjoy. We produce it with respect for nature and tradition.
Teran PTP Classic: Teran Classic is an intensely red wine with purple hues from 100% refosco of the best quality, hand-picked late in September. The wine is full, expressive, medium-bodied and has a fruit character. It ends slowly and with a velvety tannin feel and has ripe fruit aromas reminiscent of raspberries, blackberries and ripe forest fruits. It works fresh in the mouth and ends with a feeling of fruits that we recognized in the wine’s smell. Wine maceration lasts from 10 to 12 days. Teran Classic dawns in a stainless steel vessel and large oak barrels. We recommend it with cured meat dishes, especially with Karst prosciutto and other meat dishes. Teran Selection: Teran Selection is an opaque ruby garnet wine made from 100% refosco of the best quality, picked by hand in late September. The taste is medium-bodied, soft and nicely ripe. It has softened tannins and ripe fruit aromas reminiscent of black fruits, raisins, vanilla and wood. The wine is macerated for 10 to 12 days and matured in used oak barrels for 60 months. Red sparkling wine Tera: Red sparkling wine Tera is produced from Teran by the Charmat method. We handpick the best quality grapes in late September. It has an intense red colour with purple hues, and it has a delightful, full, fresh, fruity and dry taste. The tannins are ripe and smooth. Forest fruits, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries predominate. It has a fruit flavour reminiscent of raspberries, blackberries and black fruit with a vanillas hint. The wine is macerated for 12 days and matured in oak barrels and stainless steel containers. The sparkling wine received a gold medal at the international evaluation of sparkling wines Glass of Bubbly Awards in 2018 and a Grand Prix for the best sparkling wine in the Fireworks category 2019.
