Teran PTP Classic

Teran PTP Classic is an intense red wine with purple hues from 100% refošk of the best quality, hand-picked late in September. The wine is full, expressive, medium-bodied, and has a fruit character. It works fresh in the mouth and ends with the feeling of fruits we had recognized in the wine’s smell. It finishes slowly with a velvet tannin taste and ripe fruit aromas of raspberries, blackberries, and mature forest fruits. Wine macerate from 10 to 12 days and matures in a stainless steel vessel and large oak barrels. We recommend Teran Classic with cured meat dishes, especially with Karst prosciutto. We recommend serving this wine at a temperature between 14 ° C (57 F) and 16 ° C (60 F). Teran PTP Classic is the wine for making memories.

Kobal Family Estate is located in Štanjel in the Karst. We produce modern sparkling and still wines from local varieties of refošk, malvasia, pinot gris, chardonnay, and vitovska grganja. The vines are grown on the red soil of Terra Rossa. Centuries-old heritage of viticulture and winemaking is written in every inch of this soil.
